Suburban Youth Symphony Orchestra

Students ages 8 to 17 who wish to participate in SYSO or SYSJO, have played their instrument for at least one year, and have a private instructor are welcome to audition.

Specific audition requirements will be sent via email after registration.

Registration is still open for 2025! Rehearsals begin January 5 at 4800 Sauk Trail, Richton Park IL. Register today for IOP, SYSJO, or SYSO by submitting our online registration form and we will reach out shortly.

The Incredible Opportunity Program (IOP) is our beginner ensemble, a group instruction class, for students ages 8-13 who do not already play a string instrument, but would like to learn to play the violin.
